Lots of first timers worry about the space issue. Please don't let that stop you. All you need is a corner of a room to pile up the books. Or a few spare shelves, a shed, a corner of the garage.

Let me tell you a quick story to show you how I stumbled on this...
I subscribe to a monthly business opportunity newsletter called What Really Makes Money. In each issue, publisher Nick Laight reviews all the latest products, and offers business blueprints for readers to try out.
One morning I picked up the latest issue and saw a short blueprint, about a page long. It said there was easy money to be made selling books on Amazon.
What you may not know is that Amazon has a thriving USED books market. When people search the website for a book, they get offered the full price NEW version - or they get offered cheaper used versions.
As you'd expect, many people go for the cheap option. This is why one of every 12 books sold is a used book.
But here's where it gets interesting and VERY profitable... for uncommon, out-of-print, and hard-to-get books, the ONLY option is for someone to buy used. This can push prices up to £25 and more for a single book!
When I read this, I thought, "This seems an easy way to make money and have a bit of fun. I reckon I could do this."

Soon I was happily book hunting in the afternoon, enjoying lunch in a local cafe, and listing my finds when I got home. Every evening I would relax and wait for the emails to arrive and the money to come in.
As you'll discover, it's a great feeling. When Amazon emails you to say you've sold another book, your heart leaps. You grab the book and post it that very day.
The sales can come at any time. Even when you're asleep, people could be going online and paying you over £25 for a book that cost you lOp. Imagine!

As I said before, my husband was VERY sceptical at first. Then one day I took him along to a book auction. It was dreadful. I would have been ashamed to put most of their tatty old engineering and reference books in the bin.
